COVID 19 has forced us all to adapt the way we go about our lives, with tennis being no different.
Court bookings through the Book a Court system and court access are the same as they were previously. Details on these can be found on our Court Booking page.
As directed by Tennis Victoria, and State and Local Government, the below restrictions are currently in place at Cambridge Tennis Club.
These restrictions will change as needed, based on directions from the Government. Please refer back to this page for the latest restrictions that are in place at Cambridge Tennis Club.
These restrictions apply to all people who use the facility, members and the general public.
Random spot checks will be carried out by Council and the Club Committee to ensure compliance.
Anyone who does not comply with these restrictions will be given a temporary ban from the Book a Court system.
Court Use
In addition to the above, we recommend all players familiarise themselves with the Community Tennis Guidelines as published by Tennis Victoria.
New members are welcome to join the club. See our Membership page for more details.
As a thank you to our members who signed up earlier in the year, the club will be offering memberships for the next membership year (March 2021 to February 2022) at the half yearly rate (this is generally a 30-40% discount, depending on the membership category).
If you would like to do this, we will have more details on the membership form for next year.
Alternatively, members may request a partial refund on their membership fees for this membership year (note that the value of this partial refund will be less than the discount you would receive on the membership fees for next year).
If you would like to do this, please email info@cambridgetennisclub.com.au to organise this.
Note that the above are only being offered to those who were members prior to 2020-10-01.
For those who have submitted entry fees for Winter WRTA competitions that did not go ahead, the club is offering two options.
Please note that the club is currently unable to deal with physical money or forms.
All transactions must be done electronically for the foreseeable future.
